About Me

Welcome to my little corner of the internet! My name is Mickelle. This space is where I share my adventures, travels, thoughts on motherhood and daily doings with my family. I also like to share things that make me happy. My greatest joys in life come from this little family of mine and I hope that this blog reflects that and inspires others.

I currently live in Okinawa, Japan with my husband, Duke, my daughter, Lucy, and my bulldog, Winston. Since getting married in 2011 we've lived in Milton, FL, Corpus Christi and Jacksonville, NC-basically wherever the military has sent us. Moving around a lot has helped us to realize how to enjoy where you live no matter where it may be. I love to explore what's around me and find all the hidden gems in the world.
