A quieter bamboo Forest in Kyoto

One of the most beautiful sites in Kyoto is the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. It's beautiful. If you've been, you also know it's crowded. Unless you want to wake up very early, it's an impossible to take a picture without a gazillion people in it. One of my Okinawa blogger pals let me know about this cool, much, much smaller grove that is part of one of the temples in Kyoto. We visited in the afternoon and only one other couple was there while we were. This grove just goes a little farther beyond what you can see, so it's really small. But it is very awesome for getting some pretty pictures without a bunch of people in them. I'll share the location at the bottom of the post.
